Pre & Postnatal Training
I have successfully trained many pregnant women, (even up to 42 weeks!) and women who have returned to training following the birth of their child.
During pregnancy I prepare training sessions that help to improve posture and sleep, encourage a quicker and easier delivery, control bodyweight and allow for a happier recovery after childbirth. Exercise and eating well during pregnancy will contribute to gaining and retaining stamina and strength when you need it most.
Transformation & Competing Package (12 Week Plan)
